A schedule of a borrower or sponsor's real estate owned. Usually includes: address, property type, property size, purchase date, purchase price, current value, debt obligations, income and other pertinent information. Each lender will have a form acceptable to them but will generally accept a borrower prepared schedule if comprehensive.
